- Digital products are non-refundable since they can not be returned after they have been consumed.
- All digital products are for their intended use only and can not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed. If you are an educational institution, please contact me about permission to share my products.
- If you are having problems accessing a digital product, please send me a message.
Online Design Consultations:
- Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session. I do not provide refunds.
- Please keep in mind that I provide general guidelines and suggestions of what to think about so that you can make decisions and select materials and products that make sense for you.
- I do not select or sell products or materials.
Presentations & All Educational Services:
- I do not provide refunds for presentations or educational bookings. Please refer to our Agreement on Presentation/Educational Services for details on rescheduling.
- Please keep in mind my presentations are informational only and are not to be considered as a formal educational class.
